Overall, great interview experience. Was first contacted by talent acquisition for an HR call, which was very personable and asked standard behavioral questions. Was then notified on the call that I moved on to the second round. Invited to interview in-person with SDR Team Lead and SVP. When I first walked in, there were about 40 bags of El Jefe’s Taqueria that just arrived for the office - that was definitely a plus. Greeted by SDR Lead and interviewed with him first. He then left and SVP conducted final interview. Both were genuine and seemed like they have your best interests in mind. They truly care about your success and growth at the company, so much so to the point where they invited me to speak with the CEO Mike Cotoia. Mike seemed like a great CEO and was extremely personable/encouraging. Spent about an hour speaking with him in which in he went in-depth about his life, TechTarget’s founding and growth, and was pretty passionate about having me join the team, even reassuring, “I want to make sure you don’t feel pressured at all. That’s not my intention. I just truly believe TechTarget is the perfect place to learn and grow in a supportive environment” Also got a full tour of the office including getting to meet a few current SDRs/AEs. Sleek, modern aesthetic, kitchen, open floor plan, height adjustable desks, etc. I was offered the position before meeting with the CEO, then received the written offer the next day and accepted.

I applied online and the initial phone call was very informative. I was asked to do a zoom interview for the next steps. Unfortunately the team member who interviewed me seemed completely uninterested from the start which just set the mood for the whole time.

I have cleared all rounds of interview and make an offer. Though HR given false information about we are hiring full time in India with out having there entity in India. Though I have accepted offer. After that HR started calling me and started recording calls of my conversation on personal mobile and asking me the about my resignation mails. When I have questioned about recording calls. HR mentioned rude behaviour and revoked offer letter without any prior information saying unethical behaviour. They didn't listen my side of story. Purely unprofessional company, Don't join in this company in india it purely contract role and fire you on the wish basis.

I got call from HR and addressed me that there will be 2 to 3 technical rounds. I attended 1st round and though I answered 90-95% answers correctly, they didn't selected me.

We went through 6 rounds of interviews. They strung along multiple people for over a month before finally starting to narrow down their candidacy. The did not seem to have a clear agreed upon direction for the role.

1 call with an HR (nothing formal, just a brief interview to see if the personality fit the company) 1 call with managers 1 call with teamwork 1 call with the VP (final call, you basically got the job of you reach this stage)

Met with HR and three members of the team. Everyone was relaxed and friendly. They obviously read my resume and read through my work, which isn't always the case and was appreciated. We mostly talked about why I was interested in the job and my past experiences.

1st round: phone screening with HR, introduced the company and their product, asked for basic personal info, skills, career interest, etc.; 2nd round: video interview with Hiring Manager to test technical skills and introduce details about the role, 2nd round would have an assessment/assignment.

I was first approached and interviewed by the HR Director for a call to discuss my past experience, skills and what I'm looking for. Then I was set up for an online video interview with two members of the team for the role in question. They were all very friendly and made the interviews run with ease.
