Three step process. Started with an intro call, followed by a tech screen, coding challenge, and formal presentation to their team.
The people I spoke with seemed nice enough, but the coding challenge was borderline unreasonable. They asked not to spend more than 12 hours and give about a week to finish it, and required a presentation, code, a model with analysis, and proposed metrics with rationale. Not possible to finish in <12 hours and have a competitive submission. Unrealistic expectation if you're interviewing aggressively, work full time, have a family, etc. Or if you're a genius, which you could probably just earn 3x total compensation elsewhere.
The team didn't give any useful feedback. One of the interviewers asked me a weird question and was leading me to give a very specific answer, to which I probably didn't and probably got rejected for. Too bad I couldn't read his mind.
Seems like a cool company and interesting tech, but I feel like I wasted my time with this interview process.

Interview Process was supper chaos. There are several rounds of interviews and a complex take-home test with unclear instruction, which looks like a work that their team don't have capability to figure out. You passed all rounds of interviews and submitted the solution of test. Then they have whole of that function team meet with you together to let you explain your solutions and they were very happy about the solution and results. Few days after, you received an email from the recruiter , said the team changed the direction and the position was canceled. They take advantage of the job-seeking psychology of candidates and ask them to do work they cannot do. They treat candidates as free stupid labor.

Similar to other people's experiences, I was given some of their data and asked to create metrics using code. This assignment took ridiculously long - I spent nearly 10 hours. It is completely open-ended and if you don't fit the narrow view of what they want they will reject you.
The real kicker is that they ask for ways to improve their own dashboard for free! Also, there was no transparency at all with the salary for the role.
Run, don't walk, away from this company.
