Easy and quick can do anytime online so I can go online and do video interview. Also had practice time before each question so you can practice and if you don't like your recording you can go back and erase and try again.

Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
