First, I applied online, then I received a phone call a day later regarding my application. I was offered the walk in interview the next day. So when I went to my walk in interview, we were taken to a small back room to watch a 2~3 minute video. The video basically showed what our role was going to consist of. Then we were given a questionnaire which were about situations and simple math problems. Around 40 questions. Then I was called by an assistant manager who brought me into a separate room where we did the one on one interview. It consisted of the usual 5 "what would you do" and "name a time" type of questions. After that the manager told me that if I got the job, HR would contact me for the drug test and orientation etc. I never got the call or email, so I moved on and started to apply else where. Also, if you're applying for the one at Eastlake (where my interview took place), be aware because the manager's that hold the interview had a very negative attitude while interviewing me. He told me "Let's just get this over with." I forgot his name but it wasn't a great impression. Overall, pretty simple interview. Good luck to whoever!
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
