The interview process was essentially all digital. It was only in the very late stages of "congratulations you got the job" did I ever talk to a person. The digital interview was comprised of asking questions and having to record an answer via webcam or phone. It was very different to a lot of my prior interview processes but it was nice to have a minute to be able to think about a response

Target’s hiring process typically starts with an online application, followed by a HireVue video interview as the preferred screening method. The overall process averages about 14 days from application to offer.

Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
