The interview process was very simple and most of the questions were situational. For example what you would do if you encountered an irate customer or to describe difficult choices you've had to make in a workplace.

Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
