Recruiter reached out to me, randomly from a profile.
I did a basic interview, then another scheduled longer interview with the same recruiter. Gave me tons of praise and said I would be invited to meet with the DC Manager of my area.
Got an email denying me a month after. Which is target for you, same faceless process.
