The interviewer was very professional and brief. They mostly asked me about my prior experience and how it prepared me for this role. The interviewer was easy to talk to, and made the process enjoyable.
Video recorded responses to questions with multiple attempts to review and redo before submitting. This is followed by a email to schedule a short phone interview to confirm availability. Be sure of your availability before agreeing to it because it will be locked in for months.

Working at Target worked out as they would be flexible to accommodate my growing family needs. If there was anything I needed to discuss, I felt free to do so with my manager at that time.
