I had a face to face interview with 2 Target managers where I was asked a series of behavioral scenario questions. It is good to have a large bank of scenarios to draw on that show what you did and what the result was.

Describe a time you were facing a deadline and how did you handle the situation.
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.

The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
