Tell me about yourself, why fo you want this role.
I interviewed with a company I met at a recent career fair. They stood out to me not only because of the role they were offering, but also because of how friendly and approachable the team was. I have prior experience in retail leadership, which aligned well with the position, and our conversation made it clear that they value those types of hands-on, team-oriented skills. The interaction left me with a strong impression that this would be a great group of people to work with.

Intern interview was very reasonable. Being interested in retail and asking pertinent questions was important. On campus interview made it easy. Was a good experience overall. Was not too stressful. Key is to be personable.
