Terrible. The recruiter scheduled immediate first conversations and second step and then completely ghosted me. I understand that during interview there are people that are not great fits for the role, however transparency and responding to emails after previously responding so quickly sheds light on the company as a whole. I definitely think that a companies recruiting process is a testament to their company as a whole.
