I sent my CV via LinkedIn, and that same day got a call from the TA manager. The call was pleasant and informative. Then had video interviews with the TL, DIrector, VP, and the head of People Analytics. All interviews were very professional pleasant. The people I met made me feel conferrable, yet challenged and I truly enjoyed each of those meetings! The process was quick, yet nothing was missed. The TA manager and the rest of the hiring team were always available for questions and pleasantly answered them. After the interviews, I gave references and then received an offer. The only reason I eventually declined the offer was that I decided to make a career change. The process and people I met were amazing.
