As others have said, it is a very difficult process if you are not already a pro at Tableau. Once you make it through 2 phone screeners the product demo/sales call to a panel is very vague for preparation but they expect you to be at their level of knowledge which is ridiculous as you are applying for the job which requires no knowledge of tableau and they make it very explicit that they offer tons of training once you begin. I don't know why you would need all that training if they are expecting expert level presentations from the start.
