It seemed relatively standard. I was asked first to introduce myself, which is equivalent to the "tell me about yourself" interview question. I then got asked questions about my experience that I have talked about in my introduction and what were on my resume (which they very clearly looked at). They asked about what I did in my experience and previous employment and what my motivations for doing so. They then asked me why did I apply/want to work for TSMC and then opened the floor for my questions to them.
