Entrevista
The two supervisors were interviewed in Chinese. The first one will ask you to introduce yourself at the beginning, and then ask questions based on the content of the self-introduction and your resume.

1. Whether there has been a conflict, you can think about it based on your own resume. For example: In __, there is no situation of disagreement (you can bring in club experience, internship experience). 2. Do you know what the position is? 3. Why come to TSMC? 4. Is there any problem? 5. Why did you leave? 6. Can you explain what __ does? (You can also bring in club experience, internship experience, papers, special topics, etc.).
I went through 2 interviews. First one with a manufacturing engineer and the second with 2 executives. The questions were broad and catered towards work ethics and how you solve problems.
2 rounds of interviews with panelists, 3 each. The interviews took place in May 2025

The interviewers were all Taiwanese and seemed to be interested in someone with a Chinese background or an industrial engineering background. The rejection came almost immediately and was disappointed in it.
