Initial phone interview asking questions about customer service: What does customer service mean to you? Can you give an example of when you received bad customer service? Name high-quality UK retailers?
Second part was a group assessment day. An assessor was there to ask us questions which we all went round and answered (about ourselves) and there was one person speaking each language that was being interviewed for. Then we had to fill in a sheet with some questions in English and some in target language: What motivates you? What are your career goals? The sheet also included writing a response to a complaint letter in the foreign language.
