I was referred by a friend, introduced to the VP of Human Reaiurces, who then referred me to the Manager of Talent Aquistion, who then interviewed me over the phone and then handed me off to another TA specialist who also interviewed me over the phone, then met with me face to face, then invited me in to meet with a hiring manager for said role.
