One thing I noticed when interviewed...People tend to tell you that or imply that their knowledge is far greater than yours and they only know what they know because they work within a box as it pertains to TELUS. Now that I am employed with TELUS I see why. In talent solutions the outside workld seems to be far ahead of us. We focus so much on our culture and values and thats great. we need to look for more effective ways of doing things.
