Japanese Recruiters here are unable to speak decent English. They pretend to, but wait till you get an interview with them. They try to ask the weirdest questions too. For instance "What do you do on the weekends"... etc. such a weird company with weak illiterate employees.

I made it to a third-round interview and spent an hour on a zoom call with someone to never hear from them again. It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule each interview, so the whole process took over a month. for nothing.
