I was working with a recruiter from TEKSystems in Pittsburgh and the process went on for a few months, including onsite interviews and online tests. The recruiter seemed really nice and pleasant to work with at first, but she was just full of false promises. She kept reassuring me that they have a position available for me at a company but they kept fixing interview dates and pushing it forward at the last minute (like a day before it was supposed to happen). Finally the interview with the company never took place and the last conversation I had with the recruiter was also one full of false hopes and promises, and then I was ghosted.
Overall a terrible experience and my advice would be not to trust them entirely. Definitely look around for other opportunities if you ever decide to work with them.

3. pair programming (add features to said cli) talk and code at the same time

Had an initial phone screen -> Video phone screen with account manager -> met with the client in person where I had to do some actual coding and answer tech questions -> got an offer no more than 2 hours later.

Entrevista
First was the aptitude with one coding questions. You had code in Java. And then shortlisted for interview process. There it was group discussion.and then was 2 technical interview. First round technical interview asked sql, python, java , oops concepts also. My interviewer didn't ask anything about my resume projects.
