Asked about previous experience, customer service experience. Gave me an online examination on ethics and behavioral questions. Ask about what teams I have been a part of, how I acted within the group, and if there were any team conflicts and how they were resolved. Asked about sales experience as well.

Pretty basic, simple process. Had a phone screening interview, and then was invited to a hiring event where I wasn’t interviewed by 2 managers: one customer service, and one branch manager! They were friendly and kind, and it was an easy and comforting atmosphere.

Apply online and get a phone interview. After the phone interview. I got a group interview and one to one interview. The group interview include a group presentation. After five days I got the call announced me that I did not get an offer.
