You get a call and 3 interviews with the store manager. After that you will be told that they’ll call you. Two days later you’ll get a call for an offer or not. Once they go over the offer letter you get to then choose to go forward or not.

straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
