I applied on the corporate website and got an interview invitation in a month after that. I had 2 rounds of interviewing, the process took 2 months from the first interview to a rejection letter (which could be more personal in terms of feedback after 3+ hours of conversation in total). The first interview was with a recruiter and comprised a very detailed screening of my experience and fit, plus some behavioral questions. The second round included 2 interviews with supervisors of the position. They asked questions such as: give an overview on the industry, strategic recommendations for the company and on doing business in a particular region, my strengths / weaknesses, why Syngenta, why this role, examples of relevant projects in my background, etc.
