the interview consisted of a panel interview of several managers (about 5 in mine) from medical/surgical to oncology, each asked their own question and reviewed your resume and asking questions directly from your resume. Typical nursing school interviews seemed more centered around why you want to be a nurse, etc. This interview was really more focused on how you handle situations and what kind of nurse you are since they already know you want to be a nurse. Clinical questions were also asked.

Easy going with ED director, common triage and prioritizing questions. Able to ask questions at end of interview to get a better idea of the department. Interview was done via zoom.

Entrevista
I submitted my application through the Sutter Health Careers website and was only contacted for one position. The hiring manager reached out to me via phone and email and scheduled a Zoom call for a week later. However, we experienced technical difficulties during the interview.
The hiring manager mentioned that staff interviews were still ongoing and that I should expect a representative to contact me within one to two weeks. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from them yet. While I believe I performed well during the interview, I am still waiting for a job offer to confirm this.
