First round - Written test to know your communication level.
Second round - Assessment designed by the tool.
Third round - HR round, HR will describe the nature of the job. Salary discussion and question and answers.

First two rounds are fine but the last round with seniors are worst. Very toxic person. He don't care about my previous technology. His attitude is like he is hiring slave not employee
