Pretty easy interview. It really wasn't hard at all. I am pretty sure they hire everyone who gets an interview based off my experience. My training class was full of people who have no business in sales. Seems like they just hire everybody and let the chips fall where they may. I was hired in the same group as 30+ people. Within two months only 7 of us were left.

It was a pretty straight forward process. Apply online was contacted got phone screen the next week, in person interview and offered job on the spot. Everyone was pleasent along the way

Interview process was a breeze. Almost too easy! It felt like anyone could be qualified to get the job and little information was provided about the role. I had to ask tons of questions and essentially interview back to gain a better understanding of what was on the table.
