I was contacted by Sutherland that I would be called by the hiring manager. We spoke on the phone for about 30 minutes. He asked as few questions and I mostly did the talking. He didn't ask questions about my answers or anything. He just told me I had the job.

It was smooth and hassle free. HR department is on top notch of everything We will need good exposure to clear the final round as the questions are more related to our real time scenarios
