Initial phone call then a couple of face to face interviews. Very disorganized process. HR lady was terrific, energized and encouraged me before the interview. The senior brand manager, however, didn't even smile during the interview. She showed no emotion or interest in being nice. Her questions were challenging, but more so because she made me feel like I was being inspected rather than having a conversation with me.
