Entrevista
There were 3 steps -> Phone interview -> In Person Interview -> Gallup Personality Test over the phone.
If you interview well then they will proceed to have an HR rep call you to go through the Gallup test. It is a 30 minute phone conversation asking intricate questions on how you would handle situations, many were ethical questions and questions on your personality. If they ask a question that could have a yes or no answer, only answer with yes or no.
I did just the screening with the recruiter. It was very simple; I walked through my resume. I was also asked to name my 3 best strengths. The interview was around 30 minutes long.
First interview was 30 minutes with HR asking about my experience and salary expectations and notice period
Then second interview after 4 days with Meta and EMEA marketing managers and first question was to introduce my self and second question was about my nationality
It was 4 rounds and the final round was a final presentation for about 4 or 5 people with four 1 on 1 interviews in the same day right after the presentation.
