Difficult and lengthy but as long as you can connect with the team it become a pleasant experience. Huge focus on culture and people. Work life balance is pretty good and great leadership

HR phone screening, then HM interview. after that, you will get a 2-3 hour phone interview for the personality test, which was pure crazy. I had no idea what I was talking about in the later part of the personality test. and yes, the test is very very important. you have to have the personality they want for the position to move forward with the process
