Entrevista
The interview process was LONG - five rounds over the span of two months.
Round 1: I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter, who set up a screening call. We spoke for 15-20 minutes and at the close of the call he said he was going to put me through to the next round.
Round 2: I met with the Regional Manager and an RM in training. They were both very pleasant to talk to and put me at ease, and meeting with them solidified my desire to join their team.
Round 3: I was invited to take the Gallup - a personality profiling tool. Research Gallup and what the call is like in advance or you’ll be caught off guard since it’s not much of a conversation. Be yourself... this isn’t the time to fake anything.
Round 4: I had a ride-along with my rep from 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. to get an idea of what life on the job looks like. We visited a handful of accounts and I took notes. The RM asked me to recap my day, so those notes came in handy during our follow-up call.
Round 5: I was asked to put together three case studies and present to the Area and a Regional Managers, followed by a happy hour with the team so I could meet everyone I’d be working with.
The length of the process is both exhausting and invigorating, and made getting an offer that much more exciting in the end since it was well earned.
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good

Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
