Applied online, received notice that they wanted to interview me. The first interview was about 20 min, with a HR rep. At the end of that phone call, he told me to schedule the Galup interview. A few hours after completing the Galup, I got an email to move forward with the onsite interview. Still in the application process.
Overall, has been a positive experience. They care about getting to know your strengths and traits.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.

3 Teams interviews with recruiters and a personality test. The recruiters were very personable and made the process enjoyable. The personality test had multiple choice questions and a few short answer questions.
