First there was a phone screen, followed by a small Gallup test over the phone. Then a on location group interview, followed by two overseas Skype interviews. The whole process was quite long but by the end of it you knew you really wanted the job.

Two interviewed, each from HR person and a lead team. HR interviewed with a series of questions and mostly of yes and no question and few questions with explanation. These question related to work circumstances. Another interview was from a team lead. A lead asked a few questions related to work circumstances as well.
