Very concise and quick interview process. It consisted of 3 interviews, two with the HR deparment, at the beginning and at the end of the process, and an intermediate one with the Project Lead.

Fue online en todo momento del proceso, no fue necesario viajar a las oficinas ya que resultó suficiente online. Primero una entrevista con HR y la segunda más técnica con jefe de proyecto

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. There are different interviews - Human Resources - Tech interview - Project Lead - Human Resources Lot of interviews in my case but it wasn't very difficult.

The interview process was very disorganised. After successfully going through all the interview steps, I was told that they like me and they want to fly me to Madrid to meet me. When I got there I was seen by a completely different lady than the one interviewing me that said that they really want to employ me and she just wanted to know what my salary expectations were. She also told me that she had no other time to show me around the office as she had other commitments (the trip had been organised well in advance). The next week they made me an offer that did not meet my minimum salary expectations, but since then they have passively refused to pay for my fare to see them (meaning that they no one is taking responsibility for it and I am always told next week, almost 2 months on). I spend a lot of time and money for a 10 minute chat we could have had over the phone and now the company doesn't even pay my fares. It looks like a very disorganised and as a consequence stressful environment which I would not recommend.

First it was an interview with the HR's , they ask questions about yourself, your previous experience, your projects, and the technologies you have used. Second interview it was a technical phone call, they ask questions about Java design patterns, abstract class, about Big Data topics such as Map reduce and HDFS and how it works Third interview was with a project manager and He just wanted to meet me more, know about me, he explained me how they worked, what clients do they have and gave good feedback.

I applied and never got an answer or review of my profile, so I decided to proactively write to the HR responsible. She scheduled twice an interview and she didn't show up, without letting me know in advance. Finally, we had a short phone interview and an Skype interview, with general question about tasks and professional background, and a final interview with the CEO (again with problems, not showing up on time for a bad scheduling). After the interview with the CEO there was no communication at all. I sent two emails asking for feedback and I only got an answer of the second one, after two weeks, answering that the decision is not taken. After that, they never came back to me. No engagement with the candidate, nor respect for the time of the others. My worst experience in a recruitment process.

Entrevista

I sent my CV pro-actively and they contacted me by phone. First interview was informal and brief to better know my profile and intentions. Then a technical interview also by phone because I did not live in Madrid yet (this was the only technical part). I did well so I was invited to Madrid (they sent me the bus/train tickets) for an in-person interview about my personality, involving values and ethics, and a psyco-techcnical test (abstract questions with geometric figures and so on) and a final, very short interview with one of the company owners (not CEO), who asks delicate questions and eventually decides if your personality fits the company values. A technically good and skilled candidate may not enter if he/she fails this final interview; it is more important that it seems.
