The initial interview was with with a Stone X recruiter, who was extremely professionals, well organized, efficient and intelligent. It was followed by an depth video interview with an immediate supervisor that lasted about 40 minutes. He was a fellow writer and we both have creative writing backgrounds. I was nervous initially but he put me at ease and the conversation flowed easily.
