The interviews progressed as hiring manager, then a member of the staff, then an onsite visit with the hiring manager and the above manager. All very nice and easy to talk to. Expect odd questions and just answer them how you would handle it or how you would think it through. They were interested in the thought process behind the conclusion as much as the conclusion itself.
