Assessment centre: consists of an interview, group task and written task.
Very fast recruitment process, got back to me with an offer within 1 week and before christmas which was great.
The interview is done by two people: senior manager and HR manager.
Competency based questions with only 1 or 2 about the actual company, more about who you are.

Entrevista
I applied through my university and sent in my CV and Cover letter. A couple of days later I was invited to do a fast-track interview with the HR team on campus in the student union. They gave me a 5 day notice to prepare for the interview. During the interview, there were around 9 back-to-back questions in which consisted of mostly questions on our behavioral skills and personality skills. I was interviewed by two people. After the interview, I received my outcome in 4 days. The overall experience was rather hectic and nerve wrecking but all in all a good experience.
