The first round interview is a pre screen with a recruiter. A lot of the questions are situational and behavioral based with time to ask questions at the end of the interview.

I applied through the website and heard back from a recruiter after a few weeks. The call with the recruiter went great, and they even said I was a top applicant who they were very interested in. I got my hopes up, but after interviewing with two people (which seemed to go really well from my perspective), I randomly got the canned email from HR saying they weren't moving forward with me. I was really confused, but figured that they must have found someone better. They keep reposting the job, however, and I suspect that it's either not a real job or something fishy is going on.

The interview process is online with two interviewers. Usually the hr will send invitation through gmail, log in to microsoft teams site and the interview begin with questions and answer as well as discussing the qualification and interest of interviewee.
