Easy process. Face to face interview. Interview lasted about 40 mins. Had to do background check. Whole process took two weeks. The owner was very thoughrough and explained the business and what they offer. I had previous experience with another insurance company so she liked me and basically gave was a go following background check. Background tooks 3 days. Have not got start date yet but will be discussing soon.
The furst interview with them was on phone for about 15 minutes then you fill out a sms questionnaire that takes about an hour or so. I'm hoping to get into om the second round of interviews

This interview process was almost comical, first I attempted a virtual interview through Jarvi and had tons of technical difficulties. Then someone reached out to schedule a zoom meeting a couple days later. I joined the zoom meeting to find out this zoom link was for an Allstate interview. Maybe it was Zoom’s fault and not State Farm, but just had to laugh this one off.
