Most of it was via the phone which I'd never experienced before. I was quite nervous but after a while it got more comfortable. I believe that allowed me to get the job was asking questions at the end. Can't stress that enough that jobs appreciate when you ask them questions pertaining to them, the company and the position itself.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
