I Interviewed with Starbucks and the timeframe was a bit lengthy. From phone screen to final interview it took 10 weeks. There were 3 final candidates and it took 2 weeks until I was told I didn't have the job.

Entrevista
A Recruiter to go over interview for an hour then followed up by another interview with the hiring manager via phone. If passed, a panel interview is setup. The interview process takes several weeks. Process was pretty straightforward and team is well liked. They work using SDLC methodology and by consensus in a matrix organization.
The hiring manger says she really liked what I had and wants to welcome me to the team and HR will get back to me. After waiting for two weeks, I reached back out to the recruiter and no response. All emails go to a blackhole... no return email on status. End of Interview process.
