online standardized "quiz" then in person on two different days with each of the managers of the store. Casual dress for the interview. Conducted in the main part of the store in furniture area
Interview was super quick and casual. Mostly answering questions about my strengths and availability. It was about a 15-20 minute interview. The interviewer was transparent about how many other applicants there were.
Interview process was fairly easy consisting of just one interview with the manager. Questions were the typical / generic kind. Got a call back in decent time frame. Wouldn't sweat the process.

Contacted the company about a cashiering job. Was put in touch with the right person after a reasonable amount of time. Things seemed to go as expected. Nothing tricky about it.
