Applied online, hr asked me to fill out their paperwork. I got referred to 3 different offices, my phone interview experience was good. In person was good, but hr ignores you after they filled the job. It's unprofessional, and there is no status update of weather you received the job or not. Their pay is low. I applied as a full time, but they only wanted to pay intern wage. I also tried to negotiate hourly pay, they said no.

Nice and professional interview process, overall not a difficult one, people are nice and welcoming, The entire interview is about one hour, and there are 2 rounds that you would meet with different team members.

The interview was great, I had two interviewers who were both designers at the firm, very kind and easygoing. The interview took about an hour between conversations about me, going through my portfolio, and asking questions about Stantec. Great experience.

Phone interview screener before going into a more formal video interview. The interviewer asked questions about my work experiences and relevant credentials. They had me elaborate on my interests and where I saw myself contributing to the company.
