First HR sent questionnaire (like a screening process). After several days, the hiring manager scheduled an on-site interview. The overall experience was good. I interviewed with 5 people in the office, one by one. They were trying to learn more about you and figure out if the candidate was a true match.

I was recruited through campus Interview. Interview was not intense, nothing out of the ordinary. There was no screening test, direct interview was taken. There was just a single round of interview and both the interviewers were technical heads.
