After applying via website with CV and letter, the first stage was a half hour test via email involving categorisation of papers. The second stage was an interview first with team leaders and then with the journal director. Questions were mostly competency based. There was a short task related to the role.

At the end they did not even let me know if I got the job or not. I emailed twice to ask if there was any updates about my application as I did not hear back and I was ignored twice as I received no email back in reply. Says a lot about the company, makes me glad that I didn’t not get offered the job. Very poor.
After a week submitting the resume, I received a call interview from hr. The call was about 30 mins. then after a couple of days, I got an invitation to have a written test.

A very smooth interview process! The Interview panel was very nice and made sure I was at ease for the interview. They were very attentive and their questions were not too stressful.
