Very chaotic process. 1. Emailed recruiter, who passed to another. 2. Waited over a month to be contracted. 3. Spoke with recruiter. 4. Given a test (using their software) a 5. Given a technical test (which I did all of, wasn't meant to, but wasn't told) 6. Met with hiring manager (x2) 7. Met with other business departments. Rejected as they wanted a manager, not a hands on tester.
