      Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Spotted Zebra en may 2024

      Entrevista

      Initial HR screening followed by an online assessment which was sometimes fairly difficult with the time pressure. Afterwards an interview with the hiring manager, a panel interview with the wider product trio leads and a task-based final round with the founder. The process was extremely transparent and clear throughout and I always felt like I received support when needed.

      Entrevista

      Screening from HR, then qualifying, skills-based, psychometric testing to get to the next level. Expect to do a qualifying exam that is extremely time pressured and unexpectedly difficult, and sadly unrelated to your day-to-day job. Then expect to be rejected based on the outcome and informed that according to their "science", you are just not a good choice. It's so damaging for candidates, I had to write this and I never write reviews. Avoid, like the plague. If you have anxiety, or are neurodivergent, it's absolutely inaccessible. I gave them this feedback but had no reply.

      Firstly, please accept our apologies for the delay in responding. We have just recently claimed this space as the official Glassdoor page for Spotted Zebra. We’re always aiming to improve our hiring process and candidate experiences, so we thank you for your feedback as it’s incredibly valuable and helpful. With regards to the psychometric assessment stage of the interview process, our aim is to make sure there’s a strong alignment for both the candidate and the company, ensuring we’re providing candidates with the right role, company, and environment to thrive. Our timed tasks are built to measure the ability to think critically in analysing information, drawing conclusions and making decisions in a fast-paced environment, which are some of the key skills required in the role of a Senior Product Manager. We’ve since made changes to the process, where we actively ask candidates if we can make any adjustments to not only the assessment stage (such as adding additional time) but the hiring process as a whole. Our aim is to make sure that our interview process is as inclusive and positive and inclusive as possible. Judy Haley Talent Lead at Spotted Zebra
