I applied online through their website. The application was very basic. I received a phone call from a recruiter after about 1 week of applying, and we set up an interview time. I showed up to the corporate office and was greeted by a friendly desk receptionist. I got signed in and received my visitor badge, and patiently waited for the recruiter to pick me up. The interview itself was casual and spoke to the recruiter mostly, and then met with the controller. She mostly got to know me and didn't ask many typical interview questions. I left my interview and about 2 weeks later received a call with an offer.
