Online webinar followed by online video interview, meeting after meeting with managers to follow . The time span will be over the course of several weeks and the contact in between stages will be minimal.

Interview process was fairly straightforward. Applied via website (CV, cover letter and expected salary). From there I was asked to do 3-4 video interview questions. The in person interview process was around 30 min and was asked questions such as why I want to work for spaces. What I know about the company. What my interests are etc

My interview was scheduled to last for an hour, it was only 30 minutes in length. I came prepared for the interview in a business suit and heels. I was told that I was overdressed for Spaces. The woman interviewing me made rude comments about my weight and getting a gym membership. She asked me what I knew about the company and I told her what I knew and researched and everything I said she had a counterpoint to it. She constantly talked over me during the interview and cut me off whenever I tried to speak. She cut off the man who was assisting her with the interview as well. I interviewed on a Monday and was told they “would get back to me by Friday,” of course that did not happen. They do not give people the little respect of even knowing that they were not selected for a position. I was treated very rudely by Spaces (which is owned by Regus), they have no diversity at Spaces and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The interview process was fairly easy. There were 3 steps to the interview. One phone screen, virtual and one on site. The hiring manager was really nice and laid back.

I applied for the Community Associate position and was immediately sent an email to respond to an on-demand video interview at my convenience. There was NO requirement to complete this within a specific time frame. That day I was incredibly busy, and it was a Friday heading into a long holiday weekend during which I was away. Despite it being a holiday, I planned to do the interview on Monday. However, when I went to take it, again just one business day after receiving the interview invite, I got an email saying that I "have been unsuccessful" and am not moving forward. Spaces pride themselves on offering flexible interviews at my convenience yet not one business day after they send me the interview link, I am told that I am unsuccessful because I have not yet done the interview. If they expect job applicants to interview over holiday weekends, I can only imagine the ridiculous work hours and timeframes they set for their employees. I will not be recommending this company to ANYONE.

They are desperate for staff. They highlight the company's positive, but they are all lies. They will not tell you that you will have to clean toilets etc. and you will be treated as an insignificant acronym.

Positive experience; few test required emailing, excel knowledge, and floor plans. They want to make sure you are personable and easy to get along with. Common sense and drive is important.

The interview process was simple and useful. I did the video interview and was able to have time to answer after each question. Before the interview starts, you have a video showing some ideas on where you can conduct the interview or how to answer some of the questions. I felt comfortable knowing that the questions didn't automatically switch and I had time.

Very speedy after I sent in my initial application I was asked to finish a video interview. The video interview was accessible since I could complete it anywhere and anytime that worked for me. After this I was scheduled for an in person interview.

Got a phone interview at first and then never heard anything back. Simply answered about 5 questions. I wish I could have heard back from them so that I could gather some feedback but oh well.
