Ottimo contatto hr, in lingua inglese. Colloquio interessante e molto aperto. Informazioni sul ruolo ben chiare già dal primo colloquio. Mentalità completamente diversa dalle realtà italiane, messo subito a mio agio. Completamente da remoto.

Stage 1. Phone Interview with hiring manager. Discussing the role. Stage 2 Face to face meeting with hiring manager answering questions on suitability for the role and experience. Stage 3 Panel face to face meeting with presentation followed by questions.

Good stuff throughout the interview, enjoyed all that I talked to from reps, mangers, upper management and some folks from marketing. All zoom excepts for the last 2 interviews they were in person in Dallas Tx.

Interview process was relatively quick and easy, Their talent acquisition team is pretty easy to talk to. Our primary means of communication was thru Viber and email. The whole process took at least a month from application to the offer.

I did 3 rounds of zoom interviews and met 5 total people. Everyone I met was beyond enthusiastic and gave me great feedback. I invested 6 hours into the interview process only to receive an automated “we won’t be proceeding” email from a general email address. There aren’t a lot of candidates that get very far along in the process like this, please consider delivering this news is a more personalized way/fashion in the future. If I would’ve received a note more personal to me, I would’ve said this interview process was a positive one. When you aren’t an XL sized company - it’s a poor look.

Initial reach out from Hungarian recruiter who was very nice. Then contacted by a British recruiter who described a totally different job. They said they were keen despite my clarifying that I didnt have experience for the new job description. Ghosted after that. Very strange and quite unprofessional. Put me off working with them longer term.

Long process with litte feedback, no clear communication until the end and unfortunately not successful, very friendly hiring team and recruitment department, nothing else to add here so I'm just gonna say it was average

I had given interview for the position of senior SDET. Total 5 rounds were there for this position. People are unprofessional and they will not value your time. The interviewer did not show up for some of the rounds and I had to wait for 30 minutes. When I called HR recruiter, she told me to wait and interviewer can join any moment. I had cleared 5 rounds of interview and at the time of releasing offer letter, HR told that they don't have the budget to release the offer letter where as I had clearly communicated about my expected salary before starting the interview process. They will waste your 3 to 4 weeks of time.

Fairly easy and straight forward. Candidates will be tested on Networks, Linux, Windows , Digital Certificates and wireless basics. Interview Flow --> HR-Online Test- Technical Round- Technical manager - Offer.

3 rounds - 1st Hr 2nd Easy peasy situational based questions 3rd was technical -Asks about future goal -Scenario based questions Interviewer was super chilled and was ohk with the answers and ensured that I am relaxed and not getting nervous , prepare the above topics and hopefully you should be good for a solid technical round of interview
